Returns:

You may return unused, non-customized items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

Custom Orders:

Custom-printed and personalized products are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

 

 

How to Request a Return:

Email us at bianca@biancagraphics.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll guide you through the process.

 

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

 

Shipping Costs:
